The update of the app is very similar to the installation process.
To update the app, do the following:
- On the Bitrix24 portal, click the Applications menu item.
- In Bitrix24.Market, find app ChatsApp24, and then click View.
- In the dialog box, click Update:
To reinstall the app, do the following:
- Take steps one and two the way you did while updating the app.
- In the app dialog box, click Delete instead of Update.
- In the confirmation dialog box, do not select the delete settings and application data checkbox:
- Click Delete.
- In Bitrix24.Market, in the app dialog box, you’ll see button Install instead of button Install. Click the button, and then follow the instructions in the dialog boxes.
- After you’ve installed the app, on the Bitrix24 portal, click the Contact Center menu item.
- In the app tile, click ChatsApp24.
- In the dialog box, click Connect (if it is displayed):
