Telegram users sometimes hide their contact details from Internet users. In this case, the integration system cannot create a card for such customers in CRM, and accordingly write to them.

This problem is rare, but it does exist.

We suggest eliminating such a problem by using the CRM and phone synchronization tool. You need to sync CRM contacts and Telegram contacts with your phone.

For example, for CRM Bitrix24 there is an instruction.

Next, you need to set up CardDAV sync on your phone by downloading a third-party CardDAV sync application such as CardDAV Sync Free.

On iPhone

  • Click on the settings icon;
  • Go to the "Confidentiality" section;
  • Find the subsection "Data Management";
  • Here you will find the icon for syncing Telegram contacts;
  • o activate the option, switch the toggle switch to the active position

On Android

  • Click on the settings icon;
  • Find the "Privacy" tab;
  • Find the item "Synchronize Contacts"
  • To activate the option, switch the toggle switch to the active position

When all CRM contacts appear on the phone, their contact information will be available and will be recognized when an incoming message is received.
