An app that connects your company's WhatsApp account to Bitrix24. Thanks to this, employees can communicate with customers in their usual Bitriks24 chats. And customers receive messages in convenient and familiar chat rooms for them WhatsApp.

Open channels

A Bitrix24 mechanism that uses the ChatsApp24 application to exchange messages between WhatsApp and Bitrix24. Open channels:

  • collect messages that customers send to your company on the site, social networks and instant messengers;
  • distribution of received messages among employees of the company;
  • retain customer contacts and correspondence in CRM Bitrix 24.
