IMPORTANT. After you’ve installed ChatApp, follow some simple rules:
  • Disable the power-saving mode on your smartphone.
  • Allow WhatsApp to work in the background mode.
  • Keep your smartphone always on charge. Do not let your smartphone to run out of power.
  • Keep your smartphone connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi or mobile network.

Additionally for stable work:

  • Connect your router and phone to an uninterruptible power supply.
  • Don't use the configured phone for making calls and surfing the Internet.

Depending on the model and operating system of your phone, there may be various ways to disable the power-saving mode and allow WhatsApp to work in the background mode. You can also search for required information in documentation for Android / iOS, or in the user guide provided by the phone manufacturer.

Example. ZTE (Android) Configuration
If the integration connection on your personal phone brings inconvenience to use, then we recommend purchasing an inexpensive phone (we use ZTE Blade L8), which has been tested and works stably, it is very easy to set up and is cheap.

To turn off power saving mode, in the phone settings, select BatteryApplication settingsControlWhatsAppDisabled.

These simple steps are enough for the WhatsApp integration to work stably.


You can also enable developer mode to be sure:

  3. Turn on the "Keep the screen on" option in SettingsAboutFor developers.
Example. iPhone (iOS) Configuration
To disable the power-saving mode, in the iPhone settings, select Battery. Make sure that the Low Power Mode toggle is gray. To allow WhatsApp to work in the background mode, in the iPhone settings, select General, and then select Background App Refresh. Make sure that the toggle next to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business) is green:

To allow WhatsApp to work in the background mode, in the phone settings, do the following:
  1. Go to Apps→ All appsWhatsApp.
  2. Swap the Autorstart toggle. Make sure that it is blue. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
  3. In the WhatsApp settings window, click Background settings, and then select the No restrictions checbkox.

To disable the power-saving mode, in the phone settings, do the following:

  1. Click Battery&performance.
  2. Click Settings Настройки.png.
  3. In the Power Settings window, select Never for the Disable mobile network and Clear memory menu items.
  4. In the same window, click Power Saver. Swap the Power Saver toggle. Make sure that it is gray.

Example. Samsung (Android) Configuration
To allow WhatsApp to work in the background mode, in the phone settings, do the following:
  1. Go to AppsWhatsApp.
  2. In the WhatsApp settings window, click Mobile Data.
  3. Swap the Allow background data usage toggle. Make sure that it is blue.

To disable the power-saving mode, in the phone settings, do the following:

  1. Click Device maintenance.
  2. In the window that opens, click Battery. Make sure that the Power saving mode is Off.
Important!

For newer models, additional settings are required:

Settings → Apps → Click on the ellipsis (top right) → Special access → Optimize battery usage

Then select the All list and turn off the optimization switches.

If you use ChatApp and the Unstable Operation of Phone error occurs, in your App24 profile, open the "Client Status" list to figure out the reason of the error.

Account Statuses

To find out what specific problem with your phone is preventing ChatApp from receiving messages from WhatsApp, go to License and click on the Device Status button.

Use the button:

Clear, if you want to delete the correspondence with clients from the App24.online servers. The correspondence will remain only on the phone where WhatsApp is installed, you'll need to activate QR. .

Reboot, if messages have stopped being sent and received.

Clear the queue , if the statuses show that the instance is unstable, the connection sometimes disappears.

Disable, if you want to disconnect your phone from the service.
